Logo Integration:
- If you wish to include your business logo, we request a high-resolution or vector format file (AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, JPEG; 2500x2500 dpi minimum).
- For logos not in the required format, our designers offer logo tracing services at an additional fee, depending on complexity.
Pre-Design Recommendations:
- We encourage exploring our range of print products beforehand to choose the right cardstock and print features that align with your vision.
Turnaround Time:
- Standard: 12-16 business days post-proof approval, plus transit time.
- Additional 2-4 business days for features like edge foil, edge paint, custom die cuts, or complex designs.
- Please inform our orders department of any specific deadlines in advance, even if outside our regular timeframe, to accommodate potential production delays.
